no .Saab is owned by ford not general motors ..it will probably be a version of the mondeo engine

Saab belongs to GM, Volvo belongs to Ford. Saabs rarely have Ford parts. A Vauxhall is a British GM car. This depends on where this Saab is being sold, as well as the year. Go to the Saab website or a Saab car club and you will find out.

Its a Saab version of the GM ECOTEC engines used in Vauxhalls

There is no such thing as a ''Vauxhall engine it is a GMC Europe engine used in all European GM cars such as Opel (GM Germany), SAAB (GM Sweden), Vauxhall (GM UK).
