What kind of tires does a 2007 Saab 9-3 Aero need?

l assume that it has tires on it. You can read the tire size from there. Alternatively 225/45/R17VR would do fine.

Yes the other answerers are correct in pointing out that the size is 235 and not 225. l stand corrected for my oversight.

im pretty sure that the 2007s use 235 45 17 because my older 03 vector uses 225 45 17. l know they changed the tire size when they introduced the v6 models.

The other contributors r correct on the tire size. l have a 2006 9-3 Aero convertible with the same size. l put a set of Yokohama tires on it over a year ago - quite a departure for me, as l usually buy Michelins. But the cost was a LOT less than the Michelins. I've got 15K on these tires so far & they're doing great - good tread wear, quiet, & handle amazingly well in wet weather - including heavy rain. l bought mine at Discount Tire & have been happy.

One thing -- this is a front-wheel drive car, as u know. FWD cars r very hard on front tires, as they do all the work. After u get ur new tires, make sure to rotate them every 6000 miles - they will last a lot longer.
