Which car is better?
All im looking to do with this car is drive around and thats it...

the saab 9-3 aero is better

2 completely different cars, what are you expecting them to do?

The Dodge is little more car for your money, but both are not cars too great.

The 9-3 is an overpriced Chevy Malibu with Saab styling.
The Avenger is just a lame car that is inferior to the competition in every way.

l suggest you look for some other car.

The Dodge Avenger is a seriously disappointing car. It has horrible blind spots, a plastic interior, & its reliability is downright bad.

The Saab is not the newest car on the market (2003-Present) but l does its job. The Saab has very nice, refreshed styling for 2009, but the interior is in an outdated & confusing layout.

If l was to choose l would buy the Saab 9-3 Aero.
It is the better buy.

No comparison between a Saab ( any Saab) and any product from Chrysler. Go for Saab Aero, you will love it.

Saab 9-3 all the way trust me own a 9-5 and 9-3 viggen too.

For the Avenger: Just. No. That car is such an utter failure on Chrysler is part.

Looks like you're getting a Saab 9-3 Aero, then, if those r ur only two choices. However, the Aero model might be overkill; I'd drive the 2.0T model to see if it is enough power for you. If the 2.0T is enough, u can save yourself several thousand dollars as well as more in gasoline money as the 2.0T is far more fuel efficient than the Aero engine despite requiring premium fuel.

Other models to consider would be the Nissan Altima/Maxima, the Mazda6, & the Ford Fusion, if u insist on buying domestic.
