look into an aftermarket computer chip or even computer.

The computer/chip will adjust the fuel spark and transmission shifting parameters and give you a few more ponies.

If your motor or transmission is tired, you may want to get both rebuilt FIRST or you may blow the motor or trans.

performance air filter, remap (if it has a turbo), new exhaust, lowering springs (to help with cornering speed), upgraded brakes so you can brake later into corners.

the best performance mod for a 9-3 is an ecu remap.

there are a few out there, maptun, bsr, hirsch. l would go with bsr mainly because it is the cheapest out of the 3 and the best performance for the buck. you can get it at genuinesaab.com.

you can also add an open air filter, but l had one on my car, but l kept getting CEL.saabs arent much of tuning cars unless you are willing to drop big bucks.
