l came out one day and my alarm transmitter did not work. l took out the fuses for the alarm and it did not help. my transmitter started working and it started fine.now, the ''srs'' light is on will not go off if l disconnect the battery to try to reset it. how can l fix this???

Have it checked, this can be caused by corrosion on the connectors, nothing serious. Your SAAB tech will know where to look.

Unfortunately the SRS can only be reset by the Saab Tech 2 diagnostic tool.. Only Saab repair shops would have this one. You must have removed a fuse that affected the SRS system. Find a shop that works on Saab and they will be able to help you. Reset should not cost much.
About the remote; cold temperature can case the transmitter battery to get a bit weak and not function at time till it gets a bit warmer.
