i've been hearing a strange noise lately from my 05 linear and it seems to be coming from the front driver side wheel?this happens when i'm backing/pulling out of a parking spot and sounds like a dull scraping or moaning noise.could this be due to cold weather?l purchased this car this winter and it is been around zero degrees lately.any suggestions on what this may be?thank you in advance!
to be more specific, it happens when i'm turning the wheel.

First yes it is the cold weather. Secondly if the brake pads and the rotors are alright nothing to worry about as it is the brake calipers which are not moving properly due to the cold weather.

l own Saab 9-5 2005 Arc.
l hear similar stuff, its actually normal. l did ask the guys at Dealership.
Also, in any car, if you turn the handle to max, which is not recommended , you will hear a bit of a noise.
