There is a generic replacement of radiators for free on the internet at: http://2carpros.com/how_to/how_to_replace_radiator.htm

It has color pictures with arrows on exactly how to replace a radiator. l did this a few years ago with a VW & it is not an easy job as moving the radiator is not an easy task.

If u want specific instructions then u will probably have to go to Chilton to do it. It is a great resource for do it yourself people. The website is: http://autorepairmanuals.biz/site/573683/page/281111/site?OVRAW=Chilton%201999%20Saab%209-5&OVKEY=saab%209%205%20repair%20manual&OVMTC=advanced&OVADID=1857880522&OVKWID=49121971022

Good luck with the replacement.

Drain the antifreeze. Disconnect the 2 coolant fan connectors at the top of both fans. Remove the turbo heat shield.Remove both 10mm bolts that secure the fan assembly to the radiator. These bolts r approxiametly 8 inches down from the top on both sides of the fan shroud. Remove the 8mm screw that attaches the trans cooler lines to the bottom of the fan shroud. This screw is at the bottom of the shroud opposite the transmission dip stick or near that area. Remove the top radiator hose at the radiator .Remove the upper transmission cooler line at the radiator. Remove the fan shroud/fans by pulling up on the side near the battery & pull the assembly carefully out of the vehicle. Disconnect the lower transmission cooler line from the radiator. Disconnect the lower radiator hose from the water pump. Push down on the radiator pin guides from the top to release them from their positions. These r accessed from the top of the steel panel that runs along the top of the radiator. Pull the top of the radiator towards the engine. You can now see the spring loaded plastic alignment bosses that hold the top of the radiator in place.
Carefully remove the radiator. Make sure u do not break the AC compressor wire that runs along the passenger side of the radiator. Make a mental note of how the other hoses run near the passenger side of the radiator so that ur installation is trouble free. Reinstall the lower hose onto the new radiator in the same position that it was in when u took the radiator out. Reinstall the radiator & make sure that the alignment bosses fit properly into the holes on the top of the radiator support panel (steel panel that goes across the length of the top of the radiator). Make sure that u do not forget the rubber mounts at the bottom of the radiator & make sure that these mounts seat properly. Reinstall the lower transmission cooler line onto the radiator. Reinstall the fan shroud assembly. Reinstall the upper transmission cooler line. Reinstall the upper radiator hose. Reconnect the fan motor connectors. Refill the coolant. Start the engine & check for leaks. Road test the car until the engine is warmed up & then recheck ur work. If u forget to install or just can not seem to start the 8mm screw at the bottom of the fan shroud do not sweat it, it is not critical. Note..the bottom of the fan shroud has 2 slots that fit into the tongues that r at the bottom of the radiator

PS This is for a 4 cylinder. If u have a 6 cylinder then take it to a shop because it really #$%^&^&!! to take out
