l have a 2000 SAAB 9-5 SE V6. Does anyone know how fast it is. I am referring to how long it takes to get from 0-60. Thanks!

Nice car, haha. I've got the same one but an '01. The 3.0t has 200hp and 229ft-lbs of torque. As for 0-60 time, l have conflicting information. As the previous answerer said from Edmunds, it is 7.5 or something. But l also have an ''official'' engine info sheet from Saab that specifies 8.7 seconds, which l think is a bit slow.

l would say high 7's.

l have an '04. It is actually not that impressive relative to some other cars from 0-60 (7 seconds or so). But it can beat any other car on the road from 50-70.

A Saab is not built to go 0-60 the car is best from 30-90 & anywhere over 90 it is a little slow getting up to about 140-45, l have a 01 9-5 aero & a 00 arc now the in-line 4 is as fast as my brother Honda accord & that has a v-6 he does kill me until about 35-40 then the turbo really start to scream & l blow pass him if ur looking to street race l would say interstate from 45-to-70 that is what l do now my v-6 Saab has a large frame Garrett turbo & it can smoke a 98 camaro & a l raced a 04 gto & it did beat me but it also has what 100 more hp- Saab is r know for there low end torque & there high reving hp they're a ton of fun to race but if u r going to race them on a road track then make sure u have a weight reduction & a spring kit in it eibach makes a good one.
