l own a stock 1999 SAAB 95 turbo 5 speed. Oil changes every 3k, routine maintenance, well taken care of. Is there anyway l can either modify or install something that will give the turbo more sound such as a blow off. l have heard that you can not do this because of a redirecting valve but there must be a way.

Get the open air intake from genuinesaab.com and it will give you the noise you are looking for. l have one on my 2002 9-5 and it sounds great.
