The top will at times stop mid-air and the 'done' indicator will alert that the top is in full down position, when it is not. Also two parts are seeming bent on either side of the top. l just wanted to know if there are any conclusions as to why this is occurring...

You need some one to work on it from among the SAAB dealerships. The bows are bent and they are stopping the roof from closing completely.
