my exhaust started blowing a little on my saab 900 se convertableafter looking at exhaust it looks broke in the middle would this cause the car from starting cause it not start now help please

No it will not stop the car from starting but it can cause other problems if left unattended for a long period of time, how long you have been driving it with broken exhaust? Have it welded or have a used one installed, you may check ebay or a junk yard. A new will be the best to install.
Get help of a tech to find the problem with starting, try cleaning the spark plugs for a start. Post results on this website

It will not have an affect in starting the car but you will not be able to drive it on a public road because of the very loud noise and the extra smoke that the car will be producing you will soon get stopped by the police and get prosecuted.
